DuPont / Corteva Class Action – Notices of Final Judgment

Notices of Final Judgment were mailed out to class members on December 18, 2025. The Notices were also emailed to class members by Plaintiffs’ notice vendor, The BMC Group, Inc. If you are a class member and did not receive your Notice, please email Lisa Salmons at lisa@edwardstonelaw.com. The Notices have also been posted on our web page here. There are separate Notices for each class – the Early Retirement Class, and the Optional Retirement Class. Worksheets that will assist class members in making benefit estimates will be mailed to them by Corteva Connection. If you do not receive this mailing, you should contact Corteva Connection by phone at (800) 775-5955.

The information in the Notices is time sensitive. Many class members must make a benefit election within 120 days of the Notice date.
